We have a strong construction background complimented by our design management
skills. Following are some of the factors that separate us from process type
managers:

critical path of projects. We prepare detailed schedules that
allow us to instantly re-evaluate completion dates, including
consultant and vendor interface.

rather than “feature budgets.” This permits better tracking of
